To ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible, please take note of our order cut-off times below.
Daily Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (BST, UTC+6) on business days will be processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Business Days
Our order processing operates Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays.
- Sunday – Thursday: Orders processed same day if placed before cut-off.
- Friday & Saturday: Orders placed will be processed the following Sunday.
- Public Holidays: Orders will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that shipping timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the cut-off time. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
